The location was perfect, right in the heart of White Town and just a short walk to the promenade. The hotel itself is a charming period property with a unique old-fashioned decor that we really enjoyed. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the modern amenities we needed, including a TV, WiFi, and a bathtub with hot water. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making our sight-seeing seamless. The restaurant served delicious French and Indian dishes in a warm and romantic ambiance, perfect for a candlelight dinner. our experience at Le Dupleix was memorable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Pondicherry.

My children wanted a swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days.

Modern hotel & fairly clean, its location is favourable and fab close to everything. The rooms are beautifully designed and reasonably large, with rose petals and bathroom, for instance provided. The staff are wonderfully friendly, offer amazing services.

The property was unique with extremely friendly and excellent staff with our request to move the room to a lower floor, I really enjoyed the stay.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room. Perfect and nice location as only 5 minutes to an urban park.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides excellent banquet halls and a boardroom tailored to host extravagant social and corporate events. The banquet halls in Whitefield were the perfect venues for my business needs.

The only thing I missed during my stay was a dedicated business center or meeting room service for last-minute printing and other work-related needs.

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The staff were amazing - they were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the complementary tea and coffee served in the room and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect too - walking distance to all the main attractions. The spacious rooms were decorated beautifully, and we also enjoyed the small balcony which overlooked a lovely courtyard.

That the noise from the street outside could be a bit of a disturbance. Although the rooms were kept clean and tidy, it was a shame about the outdated decor.

Additionally, its location was perfect for us since it was walking distance to several restaurants, all major attractions, and the beach.

The rooms are beautiful with a colonial feel, featuring large doors and high ceilings. The hotel's central location allows for easy access to attractions and the Promenade. The penthouse is spacious and can comfortably accommodate three people. It offers good value for money, making it a highly recommended stay.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at this historic hotel. The location was great - within walking distance to all the major attractions and interesting spots. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and beautiful furniture. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. We were impressed by the friendly service and delicious breakfast. The staff went out of their way to take care of us during our stay.

One minor issue we encountered was a leaking air conditioner in our room. However, it did not detract from our enjoyable experience at this lovely hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Le Dupleix - the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The location is very close to the beach, making it convenient. The staff, especially Mr. Prabhu the manager, were courteous and made our stay comfortable. The heritage rooms were beautifully restored, combining old-world charm with modern amenities. Our suite on the second floor was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the police headquarters added a sense of security. I highly recommend trying the spa at Hotel Promenade. a wonderful experience!

This hotel is excellent-just minutes from the beach and walking distance from all the lovely cafés and churches. The location is perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the local shops and eateries galore. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were kept spotless by the attentive staff, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - it took quite a long time for the food to be served.

Spent our Xmas break in this Indo-French hotel and the room had amazing decor. The courtyard was perfect for relaxation, and the staff were really friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants. The location is great, with easy access to tourist spots and shopping.

Unfortunately the hotel was really noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep. , the bathroom could have been cleaner.
